5. Installation, adjustment and use:

Open the cover and install the controller vertically on the ship wall or instrument panel. It is strictly forbidden to touch the arm by hand or hit it with a tool to prevent the performance from changing.

Remove the lock nut, turn the adjusting lever so that the pointer points to the desired control pressure value, tighten the lock nut.

Turn the switch difference knob to get the desired switch difference.

Pressure guide pipe: unscrew the joint and turn it off. 6 Solder one end of the metal pressure guide pipe to the sleeve, tighten the joint, seal the connecting pipe, and pass the controlled medium through the pressure guide pipe into the bellows chamber.

Check whether the installation is proper, install the cover, and switch on the power supply. The use of tool controller should be checked regularly.

The manufacturer implements three guarantees on product quality, and within 18 months from the date of delivery, it should be able to ensure normal use under the rules of storage and use. Otherwise, responsible for repairing or replacing parts.

Vi. Precautions:

The number on the switch difference knob only indicates the magnitude of the switch difference, not the actual value, which should be read by the standard table. The pointer indicates the pressure value when the switch is caused by the buck. To control the pressure does not exceed a given pressure value, the pointer should be adjusted at a position lower than the given value by a switch difference. After adjustment, do not turn the switch difference knob again.

To control the pressure does not exceed a given pressure range, the lower limit setting value should be adjusted first (the pointer is adjusted to the pressure value), and then the upper limit setting value should be adjusted (the switch difference knob is adjusted to make the switch switch when the pressure rises to the pressure value).

The adjustable range of switching difference given in the specification table refers to the minimum adjustment range guaranteed to be provided, and the actual situation may be slightly larger than the value in the specification table.

7. Sample Selection and adjustment:

If you need to control the output pressure of a compressor to keep it within the range of 0.5~0.6MPa, you should choose a pressure controller of 0~0.8MPa specification, connect it to the power control loop of the compressor motor with a wire, and introduce the controlled gas into the bellows chamber. Rotate the adjusting rod, so that the pointer indicates the lower limit of 0.5MPa, power on and boost the pressure, and repeatedly adjust the switching difference knob, so that the controller is switched when it reaches 0.6MPa.
